Soaking oatmeal is often used to relieve itching on the skin. Pour two cups of fine oatmeal and one cup of baking soda into the bathtub, then soak your feet in it to relieve itching naturally. This safe and gentle treatment can be used every day.

5. Consultation with a doctor
If the previous 3 ways get poor results, you can consult a doctor to check the itchy hands and feet.

Itchiness cannot be avoided from everyday life but we can prevent it from avoiding fungi that cause itching on the hands and feet.

Itching can be caused by a mild allergic reaction to the object or product you are using. Try to find out the originator by changing something one by one. For example, changing brand detergent clothes, bath soap, or start wearing natural cotton socks. If you can find out the cause of itching, you can avoid it later.
